Oh hey there, it’s so lovely to meet you virtually – I’m so incredibly appreciative that you’ve decided to reach out to our little business + see if we might be the right fit for you, surrounding your event needs.
So, let me tell you a little bit about me + why this business is a little different to your usual ‘event planner’ business. Firstly, I’m one of those people who decided to partake in a ‘mid-life’ crisis + divert from the accounting + business management route I thought I was destined for. And no, it wasn’t me planning my own wedding that made me fall in love with what I do now – I actually hated planning my own wedding, so I feel the pressure + stress you’re going through ten-fold there! haha.
I actually grew up within a family that worked within their fair share of charity events, planning all sorts of events to raise funds for those in need – so I had a pretty good understanding of events from when I was a little girl, I guess it just took me working within a sterile corporate job that made me go – nah, let’s do something a little different + put my skills to use in a different aspect. I definitely use my accounting skills through your budget management + am a sucker for all things information + details, so that comes in handy.
If you’ve spoken to me, I’m pretty sure you can feel the passion radiate for what I do here + that’s creating an event that represents YOU. I’m the type of person who wants to take the time to get to know you, so I can implement the little and big things that matter in your event. There’s nothing worse than walking into an event that has been done time + time again, no cookie cutting bullshit here, sorry.

in my spare time
In my spare time, I’m out educating the industry, that I’m so lucky to call family, along with spending time with my own beautiful family – gratefully being a wife, a Mother to 4 beautiful children + 2 doggo fur babies.
I’ll admit, we grew really quickly taking on every job that came our way over the last couple of years since opening – doing 60+ weddings within a year, burnout became a real thing. With some reflection, I’ve since made the decision to now become selective with our clients, ensuring this process is an enjoyable one on both sides + that you get the better of me throughout, as I’ll be back in the drivers seat again to maintain the authenticity of the business, taking it back to the reason I started this process in the first place.
fun facts about me:
- I love to travel both Nationally + Internationally, I’d also like to say I’ve done a bit of it, but there is so much more to see! So far my most adored places would have to be Switzerland + Prague, they both shared so much history, delicious food + were just so picturesque.
- I’m 6’2” – yep, a giant. Haha!
- Other known names – Thirsty Kirsty, Mumma Bear, Tall-e
- I have an Autobot transformers tattoo behind my ear
- Favourite cuisines – Italian, Thai and Mexican (I mean, food is life… right?)
- I’m definitely a fur baby lover!
